Pat Royak is distinguished by a track record of accomplishment over 25 years in the retail, fashion, and health and wellness industries.
For Ascension, Pat works with our Ascension Studios team to design, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel digital and traditional customer communication programs. In this role, she works collaboratively with Ascension clients to ensure strategic brand positioning and messaging strategies translate into compelling branded communication programs that drive measurable marketplace impact.
Her career includes CEO, COO, VP Marketing and Technical Development, and in various operational leadership roles for leading global companies including Levi Strauss & Co, Liz Claiborne, Calvin Klein Jeans, Maidenform and Marena Group. She also worked globally in Asia, The Netherlands, Europe, and Mexico. Pat’s cross functional expertise includes skills in marketing, operations management, supply chain management, strategic alliances, and digital media programming. These diverse experiences enable Pat to anticipate consumer trends and optimize human capital and brand story to deliver exponential profits and growth.
For many years, she has been an active supporter and advocate for many non-profit and philanthropic organizations including currently Chair of Turning Point Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, the American Heart Association, Promise Project, American Cancer Society, and the United Way.
Born in the Washington D.C. area, Pat earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury University in Maryland. She is an Advisory Board Member for SU’s Perdue School of Busines, and Shore Hatchery Board Member for their Shark Tank inspired competitions.
Pat lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and son and enjoys gardening, swimming, and traveling in her spare time.
