Director of Growth & Engagement Strategies
Michael focuses on driving new business and helping Ascension clients design effective solutions for improving employee engagement.
He began his career in a sales role for Medtronic’s Diabetes division before moving into various global product marketing roles within the company and then joined CryoLife as a global product manager.
Michael has a wide array of strategic marketing experience, including market sizing, segmentation, and positioning, as well as data analytics, branding, market research, content creation, and sales force enablement. He has launched and relaunched new products and resurrected mature, declining products. His products have included both B2B and consumer-facing products, ranging from disposables to capital equipment.
He earned a Bachelors in Telecommunication Arts with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Georgia. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson School of Business.
Michael is an Atlanta native and works out of the Ascension Atlanta offices.
