The company pioneered the end-to-end business of non-emergency medical transportation with its related logistics, transportation management and medical claims processing.

As competitors emerged within the category LogistiCare called on Ascension to refine its branded marketplace image and overall positioning platform. The goal was to insulate the company from growing competition while creating stronger brand differentiation.

Ascension developed a completely revitalized brand identity package designed to emphasize the human and caring aspects of the company’s nationwide network of transportation professionals. Ascension has also been asked to help LogistiCare determine its role in the expanding marketplace for remote delivered healthcare.

The packaged included a new dynamic brand identity, refreshed online digital presence, and trade show graphics.

The new/improved LogistiCare brand image and web platform is helping the company continue to land state-wide Medicaid and Medicare transportation contracts.
