Phil has 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, alliances and channel marketing. With the last 12 years being focused in sales enablement Phil’s end goal has always been to drive revenue for his clients.
Phil is using his prior experience to help Ascension’s Clients address on Organizational Change and Leadership.
Using his background in performance, Phil trains Ascension Clients on the new manner of operation to continually improve revenue, Phil’s extensive process oriented background aids Ascension clients and he is a valuable part of the team.
Phil has worked in the enablement sector for divisions of IBM, Oracle, and Infor to name a few. His experience also ranges with a variety of Start-up organizations where he led dramatic results helping sales teams improve their sales success by as much as 50% in a year.
As part of Ascension’s team, he brings clients his expertise in sales & marketing methodologies with a focus on execution success. His reinforcement in the areas of methodologies, Repeatable Process and Consistency of Delivery is provided to each organization he works with.
Phil is a graduate of Georgia Tech and currently resides in Atlanta. He has lived in 3 countries and worked in 22 around the world.
