Consultative Sales Enablement
Mike is a member of the Ascension Purposeful Selling consultative and training team.
In this capacity he works with Ascension clients helping them maximize top line revenue performance through best practice consultative sales enablement programs.
For Ascension Mike helps clients optimize their sales force planning/accountability systems, structure, sales processes, enabling sales technologies (CRM and contact management systems), rewards/compensation programs. Additionally he is an member of the Ascension consultative sales training team who has designed and delivered over 125 custom Purposeful Selling workshops globally over the last 4 years.
Mike brings an impressive 20 year track record of accomplishment in finance, marketing, and field sales functional roles. He has worked with Fortune 1000 companies within the consumer products, toy, wireless/telecom, food, and financial services industries.
Cymbrowaky formerly held senior manager positions at Con Agra Foods, Mattel Toys, Siemens, Oberthur, Sprint, and AT&T Wireless. At Siemens and Sprint Mike drove highly successful sales channel programs while at Oberthur he helped the French based company develop its domestic SIM card business.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
Mike lives with his wife and operates out of the Ascension offices in California.
