His professional experience includes senior executive roles in leading manufacturing and logistics companies with revenues ranging from $400 million to $1.5 billion.

Michael held product management, marketing, and customer service leadership roles for A.O. Smith global water products, CHEP Containers Group (a division of Brambles, LTD consisting of businesses in the US, the U.K., Germany, Switzerland and Australia), and Saia $1.2 billion logistics services.

Previously, Michael had a successful 19-year career with General Electric where he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, sales, pricing and management and also

Michael has extensive experience with digital marketing, social media and advanced marketing technologies having launched social media strategies and developed extensive digital content libraries. He has also led large scale, enterprise-wide deployments of CRM and Marketing Automation systems including Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Marketo and Eloqua.

Michael has a proven track record in the development and execution of successful growth strategies for companies competing in the business-to-business space. His experience as a sales leader and a customer care executive has provided him with a passion for the customer, and a belief that customer satisfaction as a core strategic focus essential for organic top line growth.
