Marc Heffner is a proven executive with a track record of accomplishment in a range of strategic marketing, research, sales, and product development roles.
For Ascension Marc focuses on helping companies drive expansion and revenue improvement through better strategic alignment, improved understanding of key market segments, and through the development of growth focused sales enablement programs.
Marc has extensive experience in customer acquisition and retention, corporate strategic planning, brand communication, packaging design, and in the development of marketing and sales incentive plans.
His professional experienced includes work as Director of Marketing for Lochinvar (division of A.O. Smith Corporation) – a global leader in the manufacture of high efficiency boilers and water heaters.
Prior to Lochinvar Marc held various marketing management positions at Navien America, Schlage Locks, Price Pfister, and Moen. Previously he held key sales management positions at RKDM Enviro-Energy and ITW Red Head, and Broan-NuTone.
Early in his career Marc owned/operated a successful industrial services company in the Southern California area.
Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business & Management.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, and skiing with his wife and five children.
