Karen Grace-Baker brings over 20 years of brand management experience with Fortune 100 companies to her work with Ascension clients.
She has served in executive level marketing positions at Sony Wonder, the children’s division of Sony Music Entertainment and The Walt Disney Company in the children’s television areas. As a former brand manager for The Pillsbury Company she helped build the company’s baking mix businesses.
As a member of the Ascension strategic consulting team her client base has included: Universal Studios Home Video, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Columbia Tristar Interactive and the Jim Henson Company and the Tavis Smiley Company.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and the MBA degree from Clark-Atlanta University.
Her core expertise lies in the area of brand marketing, strategic marketing plan development, marketing research and consumer promotions.
Karen is married and along with her two girls lives and works out of the Los Angeles area.
