Audience Profiling / Targeting Strategy
Josh McGrail directs Ascension’s behavioral analytics and strategic audience targeting practice.
In this capacity he works with Ascension clients to help them improve their marketing return-on-investment through the development of sophisticated audience profiling and modeling programs designed to power highly targeted direct marketing programs.
This database intensive activity helps Ascension clients leverage micro-targeting and advanced multi-variate database development to small/mid-sized businesses and household level consumers for research and marketing purposes.
Over the last 17 years Josh has specialized in designing customized big data driven solutions and multi-channel media and promotional programs for leading companies including Clear Channel Broadcasting, AOL, Time, Inc., Chico’s, Green Mountain Energy, Vonage, and Discover Financial Services.
A longtime member of the Direct Marketing Association Agency Council, Josh has received numerous industry awards for his work helping companies improve customer engagement while lowering their overall cost of new customer acquisition.
Josh is a graduate of Florida State University.
