Jim McGean brings 30 years of management experience to Ascension with a proven track record of high performing results and strong growth orientation.
Jim has been an innovative and successful business, sales, marketing, operations and customer experience leader in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) organizations. He provides clients with a thoughtful and analytical approach to driving revenue, customer acquisition and retention/loyalty.
For Ascension, Jim provides consultative support in the areas of P&L leadership, marketing, product management, sales/sales support, finance/pricing, operations and strategic growth-oriented programming.
Jim has a proven track record of finding and executing on growth opportunities, sales/distribution strategy, ROI and pricing analysis, branding/messaging/communications and product management. Jim is a tireless client advocate and brings a wealth of experiences and best practices to Ascension clients.
Jim’s previous experience includes mid and senior management roles at medical transportation leader LogistiCare and Verizon Wireless.
Jim is also an Adjunct Instructor at Gwinnett Technical College teaching Business Management & Leadership. He holds a BA from Emory University, an MBA from Georgia State University, and has also studied at Oxford University, Oxford, England.
Jim is based in Atlanta where he resides with his wife and 2 daughters.
