Alex brings over 25 years of consulting, sales leadership and direct sales experience to the Ascension team. He is an innovative, collaborative sales executive and seasoned business leader experienced in both organic & new business development.

With senior management roles in sales & marketing, human capital consulting and business process outsourcing at Aon, Franklin Covey, and Xerox, Alex has been consistently recognized for navigating complex business scenarios, providing innovative, high quality advice, and for creating a positive learning environment.

His broad range of expertise including strategic sales planning, direct sales, global sales leadership and relationship development enables him to deliver on Ascension’s focus on integrated solutions.  With degrees in Finance and Psychology, Alex offers a unique perspective focusing on the intersection of human behavior and economics.

For Ascension, Alex helps clients navigate sales challenges to drive top-line growth and  profitability through better sales performance and more effective human capital management.

He works with clients in a variety of industry verticals including high tech, manufacturing and professional services.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economic Management from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He works and resides in Atlanta with his wife and children.
